Bonding solar panel controller

We are adding solar panels to our semi Inground pool. The SWG is already bonded to the pool, and the bonding wires are buried.

How do we bond the solar panel controller? Do I have to dig up to lay another cable? Or can I connect the solar panel controller bonding connector to the bonding connector of the SWG?

If I have to dig up, and I better to use the current trench that has the power for the long and the bonding? Or to lay a parallel trench?

The bare copper #8 bond wire should be visible connected to your equipment like the SWG or pump. You just run a #8 wire from the solar controller and use a copper split bolt to an existing wire. The wire can be above ground.
