Hi all, question for you incase someone went thru this already.

Tech support said it will prolly cost 2-300 to fix, before I send it off I figured Id ask here if anyone has had this same issue.

When the unit is plugged into the power supply, the power supply will not stay on. Without the unit plugged into the power supply it will stay on just fine. Which leads me to believe it’s something in the unit that’s making the power supply shut off.

Anyone been here and dont that already??

Hi Curt-
I had the same symptoms with my Blue Diamond. It was the pump motor. I had a local shop diagnose and swap out the motor with a salvage one he had on hand. I had bought the cleaner second hand, so I didn't want to invest too much.
Worked great for 2 years. I just discovered today that I've got other issues with it. The pump motor is running in reverse! That's why I'm poking around TFP and saw your post.
