Below are my test results and I am wondering how much MA to add?

Looking to get an idea of how much Muriatic acid to add to the Pool to adjust PH. The muriatic acid I Have is 24%. (and I have a Vinyl liner)

using my TP pro test kit

FC 17
CC 0
Total Alkalinity 110
PH on the comparator block it is over 8 on my Digital PH reader purchased with my test kit is 9
CYA is 80

I know PH can be off when FC is high, so I am wondering what if anything to add to get my PH OK.

I plan to let my FC naturally float down to about 11-12 and hold it there until I can get my CYA lower.

Don't bother to test or adjust the pH while your FC is over 10. It's just not accurate at this time. Once your FC falls to 10 or below, then you can be assured to have a reliable pH test and use the correct dosage amount.

So you are saying that I need to get the CYA down first bc at 80 CYA (and it maybe higher by the weekend bc the chlorinator is full) I need to maintain at 9-11 FC

With a CYA of 80, your ideal FC is between 9-11, and a minimum FC of 6. So I would let the FC fall down to 10 then test/adjust the pH. If you have tabs in a chlorinator, remove them now. Stick to liquid chlorine for daily FC management and you won't have the problem with a rising CYA.
