Bab O cleanser for tile?

I saw 2 life guards cleaning the pool tile at the school pool with Bab O cleanser. I asked if it was safe for the pool water and swimmers and they said yes. Tried doing a search but couldn't find anything.

What say you guys?

Appears to be similar to Comet. Should be of no concern.

Not that I plan to use it but still being an irritant seems like some people may have reaction to it. I go to that pool for water aerobics and haven't had a problem myself. I'll stick to pumice stone for the calcium build up, it's not that bad lately.

I thought the same thing, but just about every chemical we add to our pools, and their testing agents are irritants as well...

Just like poison - it's all in the dosage. I would not want to drink a gallon of chlorine but I have no issues pouring it into 20,000+ gallons of water.
