I replaced my primary pool pump almost 2-years ago to the Pentair Intellipro 2 VST. I have a 13-year old Jandy Aqualink RS control unit and it doesn't currently connect to the pump. Thus, I have the pump programmed separate from the valves. I'm ready to upgrade so that everything works off 1 controller---what unit will fit the bill? I have these components: main variable speed pool pump, spa pump, water feature pump, spa blower, pool lights, and spa lights. I really want everything controlled via a PDA or App (or both). Thanks for your guidance!

Jeremy,

You need an EasyTouch 8 or the new IntelliCenter 8..

It would need to be a Pool and Spa model. Not the Pool or Spa model..

With the EasyTouch you will also need ScreenLogic for remote control using your PC, Phone, or Tablet..

With the IntelliCenter the remote function is built in..

Thanks,

Jim R.

Also, is there an option to add a special adapter to my existing Jandy Aqualink RS system that would make the variable pump work with it? Just looking at all my options. I thought it would be around $800-$1000 all-in but Googling the price is starting to scare me into a $2k upgrade.
