Aquarite panel temp reading 110 and actual water temperature is 82. System is over 10 years old and has a generic salt cell.

The temperature sensor is built in to the Aquarite cell and not replaceable.
How old is your generic cell and what was the warranty? Make a warranty claim if you can.
If you have a multimeter, you can check the resistance of the thermistor in the cell (pin 6 against pin 10 on the plug).
