Questions:
1) No Flow light always illuminated. Why?
2) Wire from Flow Switch not connected to AquaRite. Should it be?

Well, your #2 implies the flow switch is not connected and thus the SWCG is not generating chlorine. Now the pool water may also be too cold for it to generate, typically below 55F or so, but the wire needs to be connected.

I do not have experience with that type of equipment. One of our members will chime in soon for that.

The wire from the flow switch needs to be plugged in to the AquaRite control box. If the flow switch is working properly the no flow light will go out if there is enough flow through the pipe.

Genlee,

Just to be clear... the flow switch measures the amount of water flowing from the pump and through the salt cell. Without enough water passing through the cell, it will not work.

Thanks,

Jim R.

You answered my next question which was going to be: what is the function of the flow switch.
Thank you
