I don’t have any to minimal experience with this interface. I have read the aqua logic manual PS-8 and it seems to support VSP pumps (version 2.65)? So I think I’m good there by using the relays for that function. I already bought the ECM27SQU V-Green VSP motor, but seems I will only truly have a two speed ability? My pool is a sauna pool combo with several automated valves for water cycling pool/sauna/cooler during cleaning (with remote) so obviously I don’t want to lose that functionality.
I want to confirm there is no way to make this functional outside of purchasing the adapter for The motor to aqua logic interface? I only want to spend the extra $160 bucks if I have too; which seems from my research is true?
Any additional insight on the wiring configuration would be appreciated if possible.

If you can purchase the V-Green Automation Adapter for $165.00, jump on it. Your AquaLogic will communicate with an Hayward VSP and control 2-speeds. It doesn't communicate digitally with a V-Green, you will need to use relay and valve actuation to have it change speeds through the adapter. Works well.
