Hi everyone. First time opening and I just want to make sure that I just release this pink marine rv grade antifreeze from my winterized lines into the pool, correct?

Also I poured some antifreeze in the skimmer when closing and now there is a thick ring of white slime built out all around the skimmer. Is this the antifreeze doing something normal or should I be concerned?

The chlorine will get rid of the antifreeze once you open the pool.
Just clean the slime around the skimmer with a sponge to Magic Eraser.

It will be fine. The chlorine that you increase will take care of it. That and a little time, but it's okay.

I have Camco RV Antifreeze is that for RV,Marine and swimming pool.It is biodegradable and can offers -50 degrees.
