After almost 2 months of waiting, we have this for a starting point. Plan was to start this afternoon. However we had quite a rainstorm this morning. I will update equipment later

Well, dig started last Saturday. Installed the pool Monday. Begin to fill with water and I discovered a crack in the fiberglass in the spa seat. Waiting to see what the solution is.
Here are some pictures. The dogs finally got to inspect it. lol

Not the way you like to see a project start. :( But it's good you caught it when you did. :goodjob: They definately need to make it right. I doubt they will want to pull the shell and replace, but you never know. FB is quite durable, so a repair/patching job might be recommended although a bit noticable. At least in the spa the water weight isn't as much as if the crack was in the pool deep end or something. Still, curious to see how it turns out.

Update, pool is finally circulating. Electrical 95% completed. Just need to wire in the blower switch. Need to do final gas connections at the meter and heater still also. Concrete next week sometime. Electrician insisted on working during the rain Friday.

All of the electrical is now completed. Time to relax for a bit. Waiting on the phone call to schedule concrete now. My current view from the porch

The blue in the background is the pool lights!
