Algae won’t go away

Used the TF-100 kit. Applied mustard algae slam levels (24ppm) to my 30-40 cya level. Have brushed the bottom and sides of the pool, removed the ladder (no other items in the pool). The algae dusts up, but by 30 mins later you can see some on the bottom again. By a few hours later it’s all settled again. Should I be vacuuming to waste and readjusting the cya and fc levels while forgetting about ph and TA until I don’t see algae?

12,500 gallon pool.

Please follow the SLAM Process. Only once you pass the SLAM criteria, you then raise your FC to mustard algae levels for 24 hours. Then follow the elevated FC levels for several weeks to eliminate the mustard algae.
