Algae not in pool but under heater!

Anyone run into this issue? Wondering how to clean?

Hi and Welcome!! Do you mean on the equipment pad? What is the pad made of? I am thinking it is like everything else here in FL..........damp+humidity+shady=algae. I have some ideas how to clean it but need to know the answers to the what it is so we can move on cleaning it up.

you can pressure wash algae/moss off cement with bleach pretty easily. Go easy on brick with mortar though.

It is under the heater. I sprayed with wet-it-and forget it. Time will tell if it works.

I bought some of that for my screened back porch. Let me know if it is worth the time/effort to do it please!
