Air bubbles in return

One thought is the pump lid. Be sure it's has a good coating of pool silicone lube. On low speed there's not as much suction in that area which could let air in. Then you switch to a higher RPM and it pulls the lid down tighter. Lube might help or may not depending on if that's the true problem. But I would check that first. Also be sure the bubbles aren't related to your SWG on cycle.

Why don't you think it is the SWG? Have you tried lighting the bubbles? If from the SWG they are hydrogen and will "pop" when lit.

I did that and it does pop. So that means it's the swg right

Yep - SWG byproduct - Hydrogen bubbles. Mine has a constant stream. If you turn the SWG off, the bubbles should stop. Higher pump speeds probably are pushing the bubbles towards another return or just diffusing them better so you don't notice them.
