Adding Shimmering Sea

I am having my pool re-plastered in Pebble Sheen (Blue Surf) and wondering if I should add Luminous or Shimmering Sea. It will cost me $1,100.00 extra. Does it really make such a difference in the appearance? Thanks for any feedback!
