Adding a vacuum port-Intex 24x52 Metal Frame ool

I am looking into cutting a new port for vacuuming our 24 x 52 Intex Metal Frame Pool. What supplies are needed to cut the hole and Install port? Where can I purchase items?

I used a standard Hayward wall fitting, and put it right in the original hole in the liner. I'm not sure of the exact model number, but this should be it:

The newer pools will require you to cut out the original opening.

They also make vacuum port adapters with spring loaded covers that screw into the Hayward fitting.

i actually ordered another one tonight so i could add another outlet so i can hook up my intex auto pool cleaner. that way i dont have to keep taking my return jet off.
