I am installing an above ground pool in spring and only want a fence on ledge of pool and not in ground. Is there any ideas out there as to how to combine the fence with the pool cover roller

Is this a round or oval pool ?
If you have a fence around the top of the pool, it is going to make removing the roller for a cover next to impossible. It is going to be cutting across your pool in that case.
