Aa, the day after

Successful aa treatment last night and all stains gone by this morning. Used 2 quarts of proteams metal magic as well last night. I know I cannot shock for a week or do and need to bring up chlorine level slow, but can I start putting tricolor pucks in yet or will they effect the metal magic taking hold of the copper ions? Seems like a dumb question I know.

I was just wondering if having 2 trichlor pucks in skimmer would effect the sequestriant. I know it says balance after 24 hrs and have read the article.
