Definitely a feel good story, at time when we can use all we can get. Glad to hear he put a fence around it. When our kids were young, we belonged to a neighborhood pool club that was once a private pool. The house was not worth saving when they passed, but the pool was. They left a trust to pay some of the expenses, and membership fees took care of the rest. It was a lot of fun in the Texas heat.

That's pretty typical in our neighborhood. 2 pools and it's pretty much a free-for-all for neighbor kids in the immediate area PROVIDED their parents are home, we know them and depending on age, are present to watch their kids.

That town is just a couple hours away. Glad he had the resources to do it and now has great opportunity to be social with neighbors.
