Since we are in a hurry I will make it short and sweet.
Order a TF100 from TFTestkits.net, it is the kit I have used for three years of crystal clear water.
As soon as it gets here test the water and post test results so we can help.
You will probably need to SLAM - Shock Level And Maintain your pool so read up on this.
Also, check Pool School - ABCs of Pool Water Chemistry and add your pool information to your signature as shown here, Getting Started
In the meantime keep at least 3ppm of chlorine in your pool at all times. And if you know what your CYA level is then chlorinate to target level based on the Chlorine CYA Chart. Use Pool School - PoolMath to determine how much chlorine to add.
