Order a good test kit from the Pool School - Test Kits Compared. I use the TF100 from TFTestkits.net
When it arrives give us some test results and get ready to SLAM - Shock Level And Maintain your pool.

In the mean time, the SWG wont help get rid of the lime kool aid you have in your pool. SWG are for maintaining your chlorine level when your water is in good shape. Looks like you will be buying pallet loads of bleach to get that mess cleaned up.
