Replacement liner

Hello everyone, and a big...HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMERICA!! Hope everyone is enjoying their day. Ok, we are putting in a replacement liner for a 24 ft above ground pool. Not sure of all the specs yet (hence, incomplete signature) but was wondering if you guys could give us input so we don't mess this up. Again. Does it look ok or should we stop now and fix anything? Are guys using a shop vac to help get the wrinkles out of the liner? That method worked best for us. Kind of like vacuum seals it to the wall.

Thank you and yes we are. However, there are spaces under the uprights that we didn't now about...covering them now.
