Pentair clear pro lateral.

Hi I'm getting sand in my pool. I have a pet air clearpro filter.
I pulled the laterals and cannot find and cracks or anything broken
This lateral had sand inside ,it looks like the filter fabric has pulled away slightly
Any idea whether this would be enough to send sand back in
Also when I look at the part for this it is 60$ plus ,anyone know if this is for one lateral
Buying 6 would be more than I payed for the filter

If there's sand inside the tube, it's obviously a big enough gap to pass sand. I'd just empty it out and seal up the gap with some silicon caulk or gasket goop and reassemble it.

I caulked it .reassembled and it's running now with no sand issues
