Help with aqualine chlorinator

Hi all,

I'm trying to find some info on this Aqualine Chlorinator, but can't find anything at all on the Internet. Hoping someone on here might know how this works. This is all quite new to me. The company who built the pool didn't supply me with any information regarding this device.

Any ideas ?
