pool light with no screws

Has anyone ever seen that?

It is an old fixture with a cracked lens that still works but I can't see how to get it out to clean and repair it. The bezel is brass and it appears to be caulked in.

The only other light I've heard of is one that is removed by turning an eighth turn counter clockwise to remove it. There should be indentions in the bezel to push on with a screw driver to loosen it.
