Is it an 'old' look? Looking through tile books/pool books, all concrete decking has flat edges. I find that look more appealing, but my PB usually does the french curve.

Welcome to TFP! Here's the rule. It is very strict, so pay attention!!!! You get what you want! Seriously. If there are such things as 'current' styles, they will change. So during the life of your deck, it will be the 'current' style at some point. When I first started building our pool, I was told not to do step tiles, because they are dated. Then a few weeks ago, I heard it was currently fashionable. LOL!!!! I'm going to look now for your build thread! I'll be curious to see what you get. Take care! Suz.
