Pool Liner Coming Off

Hi all. My pool liner seems to be separating from the wall. So far, about 6" has come off. Is this something that I can fix myself? Is there harm is leaving it as is?

We are currently debating if we should keep the pool (see other thread I wrote about how the pool was built if you want to read my ranting). So, I'm trying to do a lot of the work myself, if possible, to save money.

Is it coming out of the bead? if so, you may be able to get it back in by pouring some boiling water over the spot and get the liner back in the track. The boiling water will make the liner pliable.
