Is it me or is the website unusually slow today? I have gotten error messages ranging from, system resource limit has been reached, to network busy, when I have tried to access the website today...

Same here. I wasn't able to access the site at all yesterday. This morning I can access,but its very very slow.
See this thread. There was an outage and it's being worked on. Possibly a hardware issue and a new server is getting put in and switched over, probably tonight or early tomorrow.
