walls bowing

We are installing a 30 ft round pool. We are to the point of filling and realized that the beaded liner that we have has a lot of stretching to do to fit. We have about a foot of water in it now and it is starting to bow the sides of the pool in a couple of places. Is this normal or should we be concerned don't want to colapse the pool.

With a beaded liner make sure you fill (slowly at first 24") during the day under a HOT sun. Our pool walls bowed a little bit at first but eventually the water pressure equalized everything. If we had used a pool water delivery truck our pool would have most definitely collapsed when fast filled. Next time I am doing an overlap liner---less stress with the fill. Good luck with the pool :)

It is normal but don't fill at night like Paul stated. It needs filled under the hot Sun.
