Cloudy after vac to waste in deep end

Why does my deep end always get cloudy while I vac to waste in my deep end? Before I vacuum to waste I was able to see the main drain in the deep end. During the vacuum process, it starts to get cloudy again. Whyyyyy????????

Because you are stirring things up in the pool when you are vacuuming.

Are you sure you do not have a chemistry problem?
