Pool filling now

Hi,

I just got a new pool installed today and the last couple inches of water are filling now. Unfortunately, I live in Canada so I couldn't order a TF-100 test kit, but I ordered a Taylor K-2006 kit that should arrive Monday.

I read the pool school section of the site and that helped a lot, but I'm a little lost on what chemicals I should be added to get it all started. I can't really check what my levels are until the kit comes in.

Welcome to TFP!!!

You know the CYA is 0 to start, so use PoolMath and find out how much stabilizer to add to reach 30-40ppm and get it dissolving in a sock.
Add 2ppm of FC right away and then daily until you have the test kit.
