Anyone have the Pentair ColorCascade LED bubblers in 12"+ of water? The specs call for depths of 2-10". Was planning on doing my sun shelf at 12" deep with a bubbler or 2. Not sure it will be worth it if I'm too deep.

We will have a tanning ledge and were going with 12" depth. Will will also have Pentair LED color cascade bubbler. You are right about the depth. Our pb changed the depth to 9".
Oh something I am useful for. Just like you guys, I had planned to do a gigantic tanning ledge 9" deep or 6" of water, but the layout guy convinced me to go make it a second step. When I get home I will measure what my actual water depth is for them. Pentair sends it with a 6" vinyl extension designed to keep the water effect straight but also helps in deeper than spec water.
While not the 2 foot tall fountain Pentair shows in their brochure, it is still a nice effect. Especially considering the pump is also powering a gigantic grotto waterfall, 2 laminars and 2 colorcascades at 3000 RPM.

I am having them installed in my pool but haven't filled it yet. Water depth on my shelf is about 6-8 " though.
My water depth is 19" and the bubblers come out of the water 6 or 7 inches. Obviously, shallower the water, the higher the plume.

It should work just fine, my PB said I could probably shoot mine 10 foot in the air. Haha
