Adding Bleach to my water - Need a good calculation

I am switching to straight bleach as a sanitizer. I am looking for a good way to calculate the amount I need each time I check the FC. I know I need to increase my FC to between 7-10 PPM based on my CYA at 80. Any help here would be great. Here are my current numbers:

11,000 Gallon Fiberglass IG pool
Sand filter
FC 3.0
CC 0.0
PH 7.6
TA 80
CH 200
CYA 80
