I am just starting doing the swg. The book says I need to set my 5061 ag pool to 3 hrs and I have the pump for hrs. The filter pump will turn on and off every 4 hrs so with these set this way the SWG and pump should both be on at the same time I believe the SWG will run for 3 hts every 24 hrs please help with info

It's difficult to say really. It depends on several factors like how much swimming takes place, how much sun you get, and how much Cya you have to name a few of them. You'll have to monitor the FC levels and see how it goes.
Those are just "starting" numbers in the book. The only way to get it dialed in is by using and monitoring.
Personally, my pump runs 12 hours (8:00am to 8:00pm) and my SWG is set to 20%. That works out to 2 and a half hours of 100% runtime.
