What is wrong when the Mineral Springs diagnostic setting reads 0 Cell Current? Is the cell bad or is the board bad? Voltage reading is okay. Cell was last cleaned 2 months ago. Mineral readings are 500 ppm lower than pool stores.

There could be a few different things causing the 0 cell current. Post all the diagnostic numbers as you go through them. A salt reading that is 500ppm less than pool stores is within the tolerance of most salt tests. Does your pool store have a tester to see if the cell is working?

You know it cycles off and on. You need to test your salt independent of the pool store and the SWG.
