Pool walls failing five year old pool

We just took the cover off our pool to start the 6th season, and we found the side railings on one side had sunk and the railings on the same side curve had risen, our walls now have about a 1.5 inch gap between the railing around the curve and the wall We have been leaving emails and messages at pool companies, but no one is responding. We r trying to determine if this thin is salvageable.

Thanks for the response , here are some pix

Left messages with Russo pools, after being recommended to them by a neighbor, same, no response, so frustrated

Do you have any pictures you can post showing the outside of the walls at the ground level? That is what we really need to see so we can figure out what is happening. Was the area the pool is built on filled in prior to erecting the pool? Looks like something either settled or the frost heaved it out of position.

They had to excavate to level the ground, they poured two cement anchors on each side of the pool to anchor the side supports. Went under deck to see if there was any major run off, did not see any. The sides appear to be fine, no crimping
