Yesterday's results stink, but pool looks like this anyway. It was my first ever test after a week of anxiety over it..couldn't believe it was SO easy to do my own chems, thanks to TFP. I and it is, a work in progress ;)
About to add some muriatic acid and retest again:p ...thank you all!

Yesterday....

CC 0
FC 1.5
TA 150
pH 8.0
CH 450
CYA 75

The chlorinated dispenser is still in there because I figure I'd use up the little bit of pucks left in there...

Well, duraleigh, why didn't you just say so? ;-)

Yes. I know. I did read pool school but I knew I would hear about it. I was just being a bit cheap, I suppose, but I sure don't mind the extra reinforcement.

Okay, okay....I'm on it.. thank you!!

Beautiful pool! And as you already heard and acknowledged, with a relatively high CYA (75 rounded-up to 80), your target FC is 9, but NEVER lower than 6. By the end of the summer, that CYA may lower slightly due to splash-out and/or water transfer, and long as you only use chlorine. :) Enjoy your weekend!
