Hello im new to al this. I recently had a algae issue(went on vacation for a month) came back pool was green. I shocked it with 4lbs of powder shock..now it's milky, I cannot see bottom or even about a foot it. I have a 16x48 intex pool with 1500 gph pump..any help please, been trying to clean this for a few days now

Get one of the Recommended Test Kits, I use the TF100 from tftestkits.net.
When you get it give us some test results and get ready to SLAM Your Pool.
