I am not sure what everyone calls the standard decking around a pool, but we call it cooldeck.

Anyway, my father has a very light duty electric pressure washer and I was wondering if it is safe to lighlty pressure wash it because there is a ton of inbedded dirt in it.

Any thoughts, opinions or suggestions on how to clean it would be great!!!

Thanks everyone!!!

I've used a 1700 psi pressure washer to clean my cool decking and it worked very well. Just don't get real close or it may remove any loose decking material. Also don't use a 0* nozzle, try to stay with a 30* - 40* nozzle.

I cleaned the cooldeck this weekend using a low pressure electric pressure washer and it did a great job!!! :-D It was so low of a pressure washer that when it hit my foot a couple of times, it had a slight sting but made me feel safe about how light it was on the cooldeck.

Just thought I would update everyone. :goodjob:
