I accidentally vacuumed my above ground pool on backwash position. Now when I turn it back to filter tons of sand is being pumped into the pool. Any help would be appreciated..

That's a heck of a first post!
Is this a sand filter or a DE filter? For sand, I think you just need to let it run until it clears out and settles and then vacuum it up and try again. If it's DE, you may have damaged the grids by filling them with junk you vacuumed off the floor. That means a teardown and inspection and scrubbing.
It helps a lot of you fill out the signature. Up top, right below
click settings. Then left sidebar way down edit signature. Tell us what type of pool it is and what kind of equipment you have.
