Intex metal frame leak at floor edge seal

Pool drops about 2 inches a day, the leak is from an areas where the floor seals to the wall vinyl. It is visibly lifted in one areas. Am going to drain pool to fix this. Should I patch it, or just use vinyl cement inside the seam and stick it back together... With the seam ridges not sure how a patch will stick...

IMO, with an 8 year old Intex, you are asking for problem after problem to start emerging. I would at the least get a new liner.
