Need some advice before install

I've done my research and ordered my pool. Please see my list of components below and feel free to comment. Here's my question... I feel like I need an additional return jet 180 degrees from the one from the factory. Please confirm if this is a good idea. In addition, what's the best way to cut the hole, seal the raw metal from cutting the hole, and should I hard line plumb with 1.5" or 2" everywhere?
