hydromate heater

I was just wondering....I noticed this ad up in my local paper and they are selling a hydromate heater which is used for a softtub for a 4 seater. Has anyone ever used this for an intex pool?

I once had the misfortune of renting a cabin with a Softtub hot tub. The heater could barely and I mean BARELY keep the water above 95 in the small tub. I highly doubt this thing could make much of a difference at all in a large pool.
