Where does this pipe go

I know the right pipes and left pipe,they are labeled, skimmer,floor drain ,and return to pool, but the middle pipe is not labeled, what or where do u think this goes, i turned the valve,closing line to filter and opening line to this, and pipe seemed to jump out of ground a like it was a lot of pressure or clogged.

No way for us to know. Many possible options:
1. Water feature in pool
2. Pressure cleaner line (although usually after the filter)
3. Waste line to drain water (either to sewer or some other drainage place)

Since it diverts water away from the filter, Im guessing waster line too
