1) I have leaks when my pump goes any higher than 2000 rpm. Was wondering what I need to do to stop the leaking

2) If I want the pump to run 24/7 on the lowest speed 1, and for say 3 hours at a high speed how would I do that?
Do I set speed 1 to be on 24/7, and say speed 2 to run for the 3 hours at the speed i want? And if so, how do I set speed 1 to be 24/7, it seems like it needs at least a 5 minute interval to stop / start between other speeds
3) How do I stop the vibrating at lower speeds? Is there like an anti vibrate pad or something?
