Filling Pool

HI Everyone,
I am a new pool owner, well sort of. I now live with my brother and am now attempting to get this pool up and running. It has been unattended for the last 4 years (since his wife passed). I have drained and cleaned ande have started to refill. Problem is there are wrinkles in bottom along wall and particularly in deep end area. On the low end, the liner is pullled a little away from wall and is very tight. It now has about 6 to 8 inches of water on low end. Help! I dont know what to do.

Unfortunately, you should not fully drain a liner pool that is more than a year or sold old as the vinyl may shrink and be ruined.
Sounds like that may have happened here.

We always recommend leaving at least 1 foot of water in the shallow end to lower the likelihood of liner damage / shifting.

So, what do I do now?

You can try to see if it stretches back into place as you fill ... but it may not and then you will need to buy and install a new liner.
