What % bleach would this be?

Getting my tf100 in a few days and I'm pumped ! I picked this up at Aldi for 1.39. Would this be 8.25 or 7.85?

It says 8.25% sodium hypochlorite and 7.85% available chlorine.

When I saw the price I was assuming it was going to be the 3% stuff.

Aldi bottles are 1/2 the size of the normal 8.25% bottles, but even at that it works out to $2.78. Less than WalMart

Aldi's sells 8% bleach at great price. I stock up there whenever I can! They only sell regular size jugs (64 ounces) but they stack them up in the boxes so it is easy to pick up a few cases of 6. I think the secret is out. Last time I was there they only had a few cases left! I've been using it since they came to town a couple of years ago.
