Retention rope question

Hello all. This is my first metal frame pool from Intex, its a 20' X 52" pool. I've had all blue ringed pools previous to this, up to my last which was 18'. I am just about to begin fill up and have a question about the retention rope at bottom. As of now it appears that this rope is too "loose". Do I adjust the rope tightness or will this change once filling begins? Do I just leave it at the tightness that it came out of the box? Looking for some advice. Thanks in advance.

I don't know shizel, but lots and lots of Intex poolers around here, so you're sure to get an answer pretty soon.
