Google Docs water quality spreadsheet template

I was looking for a spreadsheet template to start tracking water quality. I dug up several old ones doing a Google search of TFP site, but had not seen this one so decided to post it for others. I find it very handy to have this on Google docs rather than local PC with Excel because it's more portable. I can use it inside my house on PC, by the pool on my iPad, etc. It also adds in an LSI calculation FWIW, which I have not seen in the other templates so far.
