I've tried resetting it as described but with no luck. I have the same problem caused the same way except I turned off the breaker not an electrician. Can not figure it out possibly. I've tried a lot of times. Pool is starting to turn green as its been almost 5 days without action. Please help

I believe when I have turned off the circuit breaker to my pump when restarting I have to push the stop/start button and it says 0rpm with green light and then push a speed button.
