TA question

I had a new liner put in and filled with fresh city water- All my numbers are good except TA- it was 190. As a result, I poured in Muriatic Acid and lowered PH to around 7.1. I aerated to bring PH back up (it's now about 7.8) and my TA is 140. Should I do this one more time to get TA down around 120? Or should I just watch the PH closer and only add acid if it rises higher?

Up to you.

If the pH is stable, then the TA is pretty irrelevant. If the pH keeps rising, then lower the TA some more.

Should I remove solar cover if I add a little acid?
